Rude Behavior and no support

Three times product was sent to Authorised service center and has come back to me in Damaged Condition and not functioning properly. When communicating the same to your personnel, we were provided with very rude answer from some lady named Poonam. When asked to interact with some senior we were informed that Madam Poonam is the senior most. I am deepely hurt to see that Tata (Croma Retail) employs such people who do not know how to interact with customers. Absolutely rude interaction and worst service.
