COMPLAINT ABOUT THE HANDSET WHICH WAS SOLD TO ME BY WRONG PRESENTING WRONG FEATURES BY THE MOBILE SHOP KEEPER

I HAVE PURCHASED THE INTEX SENSE MOBILE FROM "SHIVAM COMMUNICATION", [ADDRESS: G/F/2, HANSRAJ COMPLEX, NR. SANKALP RESTAURANT, OPP. FARKI, KRISHNABAUG ROAD, MANINAGAR, AHMEDABAD] INVOICE NO. RI-000031389/11-12, DATED 08-03 FOR Rs. 3300/-.

I WANTED THE UNLIMITED SMS SENDING FEATURES IN MY MOBILE, SO I ASKED FOR THE SAME FEATURE TO THE SALES MAN, HE HAS WRONGLY MISGUIDED ME ABOUT THE FEATURES AND PRESENTED ME THE INTEX SENSE MOBILE.

SO I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THE SHOP.

BUT THE SAID FEATURE IS NOT PRESENT IN THE MOBILE, AND THE MOBILE IS OFTENLY SWITCH-OFF AUTOMATICALLY.

I HAVE LAUNCHED THE COMPLAINT TO THE SHOPKEEPER AND REQUESTED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

SINCE LAST 15 DAYS, I HAVE BEEN CONTINUOUSLY REQUESTING FOR THE SOLUTION. BUT I DIDNT GET ANY SOLUTION FROM THE OTHER SIDE.

AFTER THAT, I M COMPLAINING YOU ABOUT MY PROBLEM.

I EXPECT YOU TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM POSITIVELY.
