IPTV AKSH BSNL RAJASTHAN
VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

I have IPTV connection by AKSH through BSNL at my residence, Swarodgam 53 Ballabh Bari, Kota Rajasthan. I experienced that the services of IPTV are so poor which I have experienced at various times. Today when I am out of Rajasthan I recd call from my residence that IPTV is not working since yesterday. I tried to contact 9413339767, 0744 2488611, 9414772121 but all the numbers did not respond my call. Further I contacted to Mr Neeraj on 9928780135 at aprox 1.00pm but upto 8.30 nobody attended my complaint. In my views IPTV provided by Aksh Jaipur is a useless and disappinting service. At the time of changing the channel it takes too much searching time too. Now I have requested by mail to Aksh to refund my security amount and I will choose another option.
