Jaguar divertor
Faulty diverto

I purchased 4 jaguar divertors along with 4 wash basin single lever mixers f or my new house. I started using these in Janurary 2012. One of these divertors started giving me problem soon. I lodged a complaint with call centre of the company on 22.02.12. One of the technicians visited me on 230212 and took away 2 parts from the faulty divertor and told me that these will be replaced with in 25 days. After more than a month when no body came I contacted their area service manager and regional manager on 270312. on 6.04.12 one of their technicians came and replaced one defective part with a new one and other part was replaced by a rusted oversized part when I refused to accept the oversized rusted part area service manager advised me to get this fitted for the time being as he promised to get it replaced in next two days. Still after more than 4 days I have not heard from the company and today I am unable to get in touch with area sales manager Sahil.
