Worst product and service

I have bought Jaguar kitchen tap last year and now the stick of the tap (nob) as come out because thread now while turning the nob every-time the nob comes in our hand which is annoying.. I have raised a complaint for the same but the executive is not showing up to fix the problem. Please let me know what to do.
