POOR SERVICE

Dear Sir,

We have purchased Silent DG Set of 62.5KVS from Jaksons Ltd against Inv No:3406 dt 24th Sep.

From the very starting of the purchase of the above said DG Set we were facing lot of quality problems in the DG Set.

We were charged very heavily on the items which was supplied for doing the service everytime. For the same items we find that the prices in the market are very less but Jakson didn't allow us to purchase the items required for service from the outside market and threaten us that they will not do any service if we purchase the material from the market.

We have big list of complaints about the quality of the supplied DG Set.

Pls help us to get good service from the above said company.
