Dear Sir,

We are using Jaquar faucets at home. Within a month of fixing it, the faucets started coming to pieces. We had compalined about it and a sevice person visited us. He found the problem a bit serious and came back after a week with a senior official of Jaquar. They inspected the Faucets and said that they would come back with the necessary spare parts and repair it.

Since nobody turned up for these last 6 months, I again registered a complaint (TT-595121011910) on Oct 12. But so long I have not received any response.

Please help.
