Fraud Placement service and maid ran away

I contacted JMD services in Jan and the owner named Shiv took Rs12000 as security for the maid. Some Venkateshwar came to our place with the maid, She was a nepali married woman separated from husband and also having a kid who stays in Nepal only. She stayed with us for 2-3 months and also took leave of one day every month. In April she went for a days leave and never came back. On contacting her she said that she is going back to Nepal for some urgent work. On contacting the placement center, Shiv said that they are not able to contact that girl and will give the replacement in a day or two. After 20 days we went to their placement center in Sunlight Colony and from neighbourhood we came to know that they have gone from here and are not staying here from the past 1 month. Now they are avoiding our calls and not answering. In the whole picture one lady Sumi and her husband Sushil are also involved and they are the one who get these girls from Nepal to work here.
