Sir,
I am facing problem with just dial. I had joined a plan of 1 year. Initially
I had paid for 3 months. At the time of joining, Ravish Chitalia (campaign
manager, Mumbai) had said that I can decide after three months whether to
continue with the service or not. He had said that I can cancel the contract just by stop making the payment after three months. But to my surprise that was not the case.
I had to cancel my contract. I called the customer service, I mailed them but no reply. I called the campaign manager but no reply. After few calls I got a customer representative call who said that JUST DAIL contracts are for 9 months and not 3 months. She said I wouldn't be able to cancel the contract for atleast 9 months even if the Just dial rep made me signed the contract on false basis.
I don't like the services. I am not using the services any more. The amount goes on deducting automatically from my bank account. Bank has also refused to stop the payment. Finally I have withdrawn all the amount from my bank but I am charged as ECS is getting bounced. Because of Just dial I am on the verge of cancelling my bank account.
Now who will pay the amount that bank is charging me??
