Non registration after payment

Its ankit from mumbai.we have an event management company sanskriti events in mumbai, pune & nasik..we had registerd in just dial services for our company for one year in september for mumbai via just dial franchise of nasik.

we paid him 3200 RS for one year. we have form & proofs also. event payment from our bank debited on name of just dial... after aprox 20 days when we didnt got any call we called just dial mumbai than they said we didnt got any registration details of urs.than we told them all details they said they will get back to us on this. after 7 days when we didnt recieved call we called again n talk to their senior they again told us we will check ur matter n sort out in 15 days but after 15 days also its still same... like this we called just dial around 20 times but still no response and they didnt even register us after paying amount. please suggest us what to do.
