Wilful negligence on the part of service authority to replace the system

I bought an air conditioner on 9 january within 3 months it stoped working.it was detected that pcb went wrong on2009 october ac was taken away by service men since this date they were demanding new new arguements.they informed us that the pcb is not available and they would replace the system.but nothing has done swo far v had been forced to file a suit in consumer court under consumer protection act, 1986.before that i am sending this as an notice to authorities concernd. humbly request you to take an immediate action in the matter and avoid legal proceedings
