Kenstar / slim line cooler
Fan not working

I have bought an Kenstar Air cooler from Vicky electronics Indore, I had complaint regarding Fan not working. Now it is being 10 days and no one is taking matter seriously.

Complaint no. IND0307100001 still pending. I have also talked to the area manager Mr. Chandan Panwar but he is taking the matter casually. said am out of town and will see on Monday.

Here guess what should we do. Am also looking to buy an kenstar microwave but this incident definitely changes my mood and am switching to other companies products.

Really bad experience, No after sales service
