Unsatisfactory service

Sir, I have purchased one split AC of Kenstar make in the year 2005.After purchasethe has given the tremendous trouble. Twice compressor failed. After a long fight with the service center and higher officials the got changed, but cooling was not satisfactory. Again compressor has gone deffcetive. Complaint has lodged vide no. KL30411004.Still it is un attended.
