Unusual Sound

We are experiencing unusual noise in the RO filter occasionally. We purchased the filter in June. The serial no is KR 090551785. We contacted the person Mr. Gangadhar who sold us the product. He denies the service on the pretext saying that he did not sell hence cannot render service. He has given telephone of other person who also denies having sold to us. This is really ridiculous. We have crossed one year and may get devoid of the warranty.

We appeal through this forum to address the issue in its right perspective.
