Changing of filter, broken tap

I have purchase a kent water purifier (RO UV TDS) system on dec from advanstronics ankleshwar distt bharuch gujrat .after 3 months the filter tap is broken .and on 02 april the beep sound was coming from filter .i logged my complaint to local dealer and he told the filter is choked and it needs to change but today is 27.04.2011 nobody has come to attend the complaint .the local dealer charges 200 rs for chaning the tap .i was also phone to ghajiabad kent center where they only gives phone no of area sales maneger and no body pick up the phone . it was my trust that kent is a big company and its product are good but after using it it is tourchrable to me . i want to change filter and in future if any problem i will face it then somebody to attend the complaint .please help us to solve our problem
