Poor quality product & Misbehave

Dear Sir/Madam,

On today (i.e. 17/06) i gave soft copy of 89 nos. photograph to M/s Kolour View Digital, M.G.Road, Nashik, M.9822357176 for printing in 6x4 size Matt paper at 6:20 pm. The photos were clicked by Sony Digital camera. While taking delivery at 8:00 pm, i observed that quality of the photographs are not good. While resizing the photographs for matching 6x4 inch size, the shop owner promised to keep original photograph quality on printing. But they cheated us on quality. When asked for refund of payment, the shop owner refused. They used Marathi slang thinking that we won't understand as we were talking in Hindi. But my brother is a resident of Nashik. That's how we came to know that they were using slang against us. When we protested, they tried to beat us. We were helpless as they were 05 (five) and we were only 02 (two). They even snapped the photographs from us. The bill is with me (sl. no.5915 dtd. 17/06).
