Bad service

I was purchased (on 15/08) a Koryo Home Theater with Weston DVD player at Big Bazaar (Future Value Retail Ltd) Thane Lake city. But the home theater is not working properly. When I purchased they told me that it has on site warranty, but when I contacted to the Big Bazaar they told me to bring at their store. So I submited Home Theater at Big bazaar on 24-11.Till Date (01-12) they did not contact me. Even they are not repaired it.
