Harassment made by company (Hitachi) by not attending complaint

Sir, I have given 5 reminders through e-mail to the company for attending the complaint of 2 ton AC window make Hitachi through AC Technomark Shop no. 230, The Great India Mall, sector-38 A, Noida- 201301 on dated 17-April wide in voice number 62.

The AC was purchased with the intention to beet the heat but due to not properly working compressor the purpose of buying AC of Hitachi Make is forfeited.

In view of my several request company still fails to attend and shows the reluctance of the company in after sales service.

Through above my request i hope you would take appropriate action.
