LCD 32 inches model no 451
Green line coming on the screne

I have bought the LCD TV 32 inches from Dubai. The moment I have got it installed the green big line started coming continuously on the screen. When I informed the company service centre they informed me it will on charge they cannot rectify it under warrenty as I have not bought it in India. This is not fair whether i buy in India or anywhere in the world the company should honour the complaint and repair it without any charge. kindly let me know if anything can be done, I have valid invoice with me . contact no is 9810169720
