Wrong Information passed to Customers and bad behaviou

Dear Team,

I would like to share with you that, yesterday I visited to Lee Store 3rd Floor at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. I have very bad experience while shopping at Lee Store the executive was passing wrong and fake information about the discount going on in Lee Stores.

When I entered at store for shopping I asked them what discount is going on, he replied that 20% on every product. So I started trying shopping but after some time I saw that there was one poster on discount where they mentioned that discount is as per the sticker on product. For example. for blue sticker 20 % discount. green sticker 30% and for yellow sticker 40%. Then I asked them according to your poster we should get 30% discount on the product which we have selected to purchase because there was green sticker on selected product, so he came to the dice situation and he started giving facial expressions to his another executive.

"So then they decided OK we will see to it."

Even I also checked in another store in different malls like GIP, Mahagun metro mall... etc they are also giving discount of 30% or more.

I don’t understand company showroom which need to follow a company guidelines as per decided on sale, how can executive change discount on the product according to them because code is always there in to the system for each product.

At last but not the least they was replying so rudely to me that "if you want to purchase then you have to purchase as per discount inform by us" otherwise you can leave the product because there is no sale on Lee product as of 13/07.
