LG- Washing Machine & LCD
Dis-satisfaction from the services

Sir,

I have purchased LCD & Washing Machine of LG from ITC Chopal Sagar Itarsi District Hoshangabad on 20 January. I donot get the services by the company properly like demo of washing machine, fitting of LCD & demo for the same. I have also complain to the dealer but he doesn't pay any attention towards this complaint. If such type of service of the company is given to the customer then who will trust on the company & i am not satisfied by the service of LG. from last month i cannot use the washing machine due to its lake of knowledge to me & LCD is also kept packed as i bought.

kindly pay attention towards the complaint & do necessary as soon as possible.
