Terrible service

Hi,

My CRM no-100703268.I became a member of lifecell in June after making an initial payment of 5700.Iam yet to receive the welcome kit and contract papers till date despite calling their customer care numerous times. Everytime they say they will get back but never get back. I have spoken to one of their employees Ms Manjusha who sits in Mumbai several times but in vain. There is absolutely no response whatsoever and I seriously doubt if my sample is even preserved. Iam frustrated with my decision of opting for lifecell and dont recommend this organisation to any parent.

Iam hoping for some response from them atleast after posting this comment.
