Poor service and inconsisitent fee packages

Dear all,

This is bring to your notice that Lifecell is one of the worst companies in terms of service and commitments. At the time of closing the deal they show a very rosy picture to clients but after sales service is very very poor and there is nobody to listen to clients.

I got my baby's stem cells preserved with them in July but till date i have not recieved any documents or reports Even after repeated calls to chennai, i am still unanswered, now i doubt whether by baby's cells were even preserved or not, it is also known now that they have reduced the prices of the same package from 1, 20, 000 to just 80, 000 now.

This is sheer nonsense that in 8 months time the price of the product can vary like this. Also, i have come to know that they are providing discounts and negotiating on price with clients.

So i advice all of you who are looking to save their baby's cell to be very care ful as this preservation is priceless and negligence like this can not be tolerated.
