To whomsoever it may concern.

i'm a student studying in vimannagar Pune. a few months back few of us ordered certain stationary items in bulk through a local vendor's shop named as NOVELTY. certain products were defective and a few were not there in final delivery. somehow the person managed to aquire the complete amount from us but now we want our money back for the goods not available with the list and that are defective. the vendor is not picking up the issue seriously and keeping us in false promise since 2 months.
