Wrong Charge Cutting

I am Loop mobile customer with number 8082495876. My complaint is that, there is daily cutting of One Rupees from my balance without any reason since May. I called to customer care regarding this, But they are saying that you are downloading Wallpapers so this is happening. But I am Not downloading any wallpapers as I am using Black n white peace. So what should I do?
