Immense delay in delivery and no response

My parents have been holding gas connection with this agency since 1980s. I booked gas on 03.05.2010 and it is yet to be delivered. Repeated calls are attended by ladies who are totally inequipped to answer. Constant reply is that we will get today, no load definitely tommorow etc. First and foremost any consumer will get irritated and frustrated with the attitude of the staff who attend phone calls, if and when they take the call, which is alo very rare. The so called owner or manager is never in her seat or she avoids her call. When gas cylinder is such an essential commodity, inefficient agencies should not be allowed to remain in such a service sector. We request the concerned authorities to look into the issue and do the needful IMMEDIATELY. This will drive any consumer to take action even in a stronger tone. Please do the needful to sort out such stalemate sitiuation being created. Aged people are being trated with scant respect, without any concern for their welfare
