My connection is on the name of ANANT KUMAR SARAF & my GAS connection id is 36082. You are providing such a poor service after booking 15 days in advance we are not getting gas we have to purchase from the lorry driver a€t RS 500/ -. then what's the use in taking your LPG cylinder. The cylinder is leaking €and when I complained to the authorized vendor they can't send any person to our pl€ace we have to carry th€at cylinder to the store thats great. Kindly change your IVR SYSTEM they are useless and can't book gas cylinder. I know you wouldn't be doing anything so its better should not disturb you. Once again thank you for your so poor services.
