I hv purchased a luminous battery on 11 and last year due to some complaint the batter has replaced. It is very surprising that new battery did not work for a year.

I esquire for the luminous company, got a feedback that your ghaziabad service station is replacing the batteries so it work for a year only.

Yes, you are right you can cheat some one but one time.

I am going to escalate this issue to consumer forum and pehredat@network18online.com.

Please do not revert me back like you are out of warranty etc.

My question is why a new replacement battery does not long for a year only.
