Not Giving Proper Bills and mis Behaviou

Sir,

I got a Bad Smelling Atta Packet from Sector 25, Panchkula, Haryana 6Ten Branch on 14th September night. When we cooked rotty with that atta it was very bad tasting and bitter. The very next day (16th Sept'11) I gone the shop for return it, but the shopkeeper used to insult me, he said that. I opened it and filled some old atta in it and returned. I said I purchased it from your shop, he said not, he usually not giving the official bills so I don't have anything to show, but it has to be stooped. the misbehavior or harassing.
