I bought one umbrella with the mahendra dutta tag in the first week of April from a shop namely Putala Ghar situated in Beltola Tiniali, Guwahati priced Rs. 300.00. But within one week the handle broke when i tried open it. I went to the shopkeeper to replace it but he refused and kept it to repair. He gave me a slip with his signature against it. but I now came to know that the product is not original.

I now request you take action against the shopkeeper.
