Dear Sir,

We have ordered profile sheets for our shed with KAILASH ROOFING SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD., BANGALORE through its Ludhiana office at Cheema chownk, Ludhiana (www.kailashroofing.com)

As per their quotations, the delivery period was 10-15 days.

We placed out order on 26th Aug.

Its 23rd Sep now, and we have not received any information regarding our order.

The company's dealing with its customers is the worst we have seen.

No executive attends our calls properly, Ludhiana office says Bangalore unit has send the material,

Bangalore unit says we are not aware about the transportation status.

Please look into the matter & help us regarding the same.
