Manju placement an agency in Eask of Kailash, owner Ashbind, Manager Rahul, is total fraud, they have taken an hefty commission for providing maids, at first place they gave an false picture of the maid they provide, we were told that she is fully trained and she was not even semi trained. later on i got to know that the girl didnot even know what is Ghee and what is OIL or the names of basic Dal's or Masalas. Still we managed to train her for there dyas then the maid started lying that I am extremely sick, i cant see, I am getting blind etc. and I have to go home. when i told her to take her to a doctor, she denied.
Later on i got to know from maid that she was forcefully brought by agents and she was not willing to come to Delhi. She also told me that her earlier salary was 1500 Rs against which the agency took 4500 rs a month as salary.
The manage Rahul is total dishonest person and fails almost all the commitments.
Agency when contacted committed for replacement but till date didnot given any replacement or any refund.
even on renewal i have been defrauded for the renewal money was taken on the agreed contract day without providing any new maid.
Any one looking at this don't go for this agency.
