Non delivery of gas cylinde

Sir,

This is to inform your goodself that inspite of booking the gas cylinder [ in the name of Mr. K.S. Nair, Gas no. 7268] well in advance, the above mentioned gas agency (Mathews Gas Agency) are not able to deliver the cylinder in time but insist that we should visit their place and collect the gas cylinder!!

Last time we booked the gas cylinder with this agency dated 7th March. Today, it is April 16th, and when we contact them they say the same excuse that their people had come, but nobody was at home!!...now we have to go their place and collect the gas cylinder ourselves!!

This has happened to us many times, and many times we had to visit them in autorickshaw and collect the gas cylinder and return back in autorickshaw to home, which is very costly for us.

They had delivered the cylinder few times..but in most of the cases (3 out of 5), its we who has to go and collect teh gas cylinder. Therefore, i am forced to lodge the complaint against them so that this does not happen again.

I sincerely hope, your goodself will take appropriate action in this regard.
