We were shocked to see that all these docket No do not appear on the net in Trackon tracking system. The courier agency did not gove any satisfactory explanation. We approached the head office delhi on telephone and through E mail also but there is no response. Failing all means to get the dellivery of thesae consignments we are approaching you we have lost our credibility before the customers as they did not receive the medicine in time. The goods worth more than Rs25000/- are in these consignments. Please look in to the matter and inform us
