Delayed of my consignment

Dear Sir

I have booked an Auto Ref. with Keratometer (Model No. KR8900) in Feb.2012 at Kochin during All india Ophthalmic conf. at the cost of Rs.3.25 Lacks.

I have also given a token amount of Rs.5000/- The companies representative hasn't taken any interest in supplying the product in due course of time.

After continuous efforts of calls his representative came to meet & ready to supply the unit with an increased cost i.e. Rs. 3.75 Lacks

which is more then our deal.

Now the co. is not supplying the product .so I request you to resolve the prob.
