Meter not working

Dear Sir,

This is my second request that My DIGITAL METER is not working properly.

For this I have lodged an complaint written on 17.06.09 (received by the Punjabi bagh East) office bldg Road No 22 New Delhi.110026 But till date 6 months haave been passed nothing has been done by the competent authority.

Once again It is my request Please send the person for checking.

This month I have received My Bill For Rs 120. (Rs ONE HUNDRED TWENTY ONLY)

But last bills are more than our expectations.

It is once again request That please depute the person to check the same.
