Metlife life insurence-term
No serviice, no information sharing, FALSFYING RECORDS

Had purchased a term insurence from Metlife.

The money was deducted in Paril 2010 from my account (via cheque given to them).

There was no information after that had got information hrough my relationship manager at AXIS bank that the policy was issued and the orignal documents were sent but must have gor lost in mail.

Got a person from metlife in september at my home who wanted to varify that the medials were done. I gave him a statement to this effect and informed him that the Metlife manager at amritsra had taken me to that doctor behind celebration mall.

Came to know that the poilicy was still not issued.

Had a call from metlife again in a few days that they will again send that person as I need to give another statement.

Soon I got a letter from Metlife which as written in July but was posted in septeber.

I called every one and verbaly asked for refund and lodged a complaint.

Explaining that the service was not at all there and you had kept me in false notion that I was insyuredd afetr taking my money in April.

After several letters I get a mail where according to them I have asked that the cheque be changed to another policy and it has my signatures.

HAVE NEVER THIS LETTER.THE HANDWRITING IS NOT MINE.

SOMEONE IN METLIFE HAS FALSIFIED RECORDS TO SAVE HIS ASS.

BUT THEY WILL LOOSE ALL THE BUISNESS AND I AM FIGHTING THEM IN COURT NOW.
