Not providing service since 19months

Sir,

Today i would like to complain about fraud the METRO CITY YELLOW PAGES did with me. i have paid money for advertisment of my firm on 3/7/08 for which they promise me that within few days my firm will be promoted online base, strip colour advertisment in metro city yellow pages and a digital multimedia cd but till 2/2 i have not received a single service from them. As i call many times and ask for service but i have not get any feedback. Now even they dnt receive my call. i have made my payment through cheque.
