Poor After Sales Service

Micromax has poor aftersales service.. Their after sales service at Patel Nagar (Shadipur Depo) are crooks..Micromax Q5 phones mostly have trackball problems. If u visit micromax service centre in Patel nagar they charge heavily saying many parts needs replacement.. For rates of parts they dont show any price list nor do they have any fixed rates. It depends from person to person. They repair your old parts and charge in the name of new parts for warranty sets on grounds of damage (physical or liquid). the phone is cheap but service is doubly costly.. so once it is repair then u can only go for another new set..
