Handset not working

My hadset is not working and its only three months since i have purchased it... the service centres are not listening to my complain... they took my cell and not yet returned after repairing it... they are not receiving my phone call also... its almost 10 days i am without my cell phone... i am fed up with this either you repair it or exchange it... i am not at all satisfied with your product... sorry to say this but i am not at all satisfied with your product...
