Poor service

Dear sir,

i own a micromax mobile, model-A60, the cell phone encountered some speaker problem. i gave the cell phone for service at 'numerics mobile point'- mangalore and it has been sent to the company for further service as we are told. The job sheet no-1571560. its been two months now we havent heard from them, they seem to be taking too long to just replace a speaker.i have been trying to get in touch with them but i have been switched across different departments every single time i call them.the cell phone was handed over on dated 9/04 since then i have incured lot of expenses in travelling to the service center, calling customer care. i request you to kindly take note of the matter and compensate my expenses and deliver the cell phone at the earliest.
