Microteck Inverter
Not Charging properly

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Microteck inverter model No. UPSEB600, S.No 8GGANB13380 .It is not showing whether it is getting charged or not. We are facing this problem since one month, I have tried calling on the service center numbers, but nobody is responding over there. I have purchased this in last year. The inverter is in warranty period. We are facing problem due to this. Kindly send the technical person to check the fault. I shall be very thankful to you,
