Please Deactivate my missed call alert service

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to inform you that after several reminders my "MISSED CALL ALERT SERVICE" is not getting deactivated. I Have spoke to the customer care but with out any help. please Deactivate the Service as soon as possible for the number-9341092389 (CDMA). If the service is not deactivated i will send you a legal notice for harassing me time and again. I WILL QUIT THE CONNECTION IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS.Please do the needful at the earliest.
