Philips Epilator which is out of warranty had been given to M.K Electronics on 20th April '10 for repairs as both the attachments were not working. As per their promise they were suppose to return the Epilator within a week's time. However, inspite of making many calls to them they kept on lying to us and told that the epilator has been sent to Chandigarh, then Delhi and then to Ludhiana but they are not ready to return it to us.

We requested them that if it is irreparably please let us know about it and return.

Till date they have not returned it to us and they are ignoring our calls.

Please take some action against them.
