Sir,

I had bought samsung mobile model no GT-E2120 dated 19-06..

After working 2 months, it got dead and not at all working from the date 20-06. so i bring it to the service center located near Maddilapalem.

they checked it and took it . (WORK ORDER NUMBER: WA59381018273).

After one month, they replied that, you will get cost of the money back in 15 days (AFTER 1 MONTH THEY SAID) and collected all the accersories and bill of the mobile purchased and left Work order form with me

It is over 2 MONTHS from the date i given and i didnt get any response from you.(HOW WORST YOU ARE PROVIDING THE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS)

I request you to give my money back with in one week otherwise i need to proceed legally.
