Mochi / Lee coppers shoes
Shoes got weared only after 10 days of purchase now they are not replacing them

Dear Sir,

I have had purchased a pair of Lee Copper - shoes from the Mochi Store at Hazaratganj Lucknow for Rs.1850, Only after 10 days of my purchase the shoes were weared out from two places I have asked them to replace them they told me that it will be repaired. I have asked them why i'll get them repaired because your company's repair policy will end by 3 month. If after that anything will happen where will I go then. I have invested such a hefty amount on those shoes & I want them to be replaced. The shoes are lying there from the past two months.

Please intervene to get my shoes replaced.
