Card swiped twice

I bought things on more market (Departmental stores) on 14-Aug for Rs.593. I gave my debit card to swipe. They swiped twice and I asked them why you are swiping again and they told that first swipe was not successful and gave only one slip to sign. But after that on Monday 17-Aug I checked my account the money was taken twice. I called the shop and enquired about that. They told the amount which was swiped second time will be credited in to your account in two days.

But the amount is not yet credited into my account. (AS of 28-Aug)

I called them many times and went to shop directly three times each time they are telling that they have dropped mail and the amount will be credited into your account in two to three days like that.

They are not at all updating the progress and not even showing interest on this. While calling them, they are telling like tomorrow we will call and tell the status but I didn't get any call from them till now.

It seems like they are not at all taking any action against this.

I don’t know why they are taking this much time. They did the mistake but not showing any interest to rectify it. It shows very irresponsibility on customer’s money.
