Manufacturing defect & Brand changed at delivery

Dear Sir,

we have purchased big glass for framing from M/S Imdadali M.A. kachwala & we have told them to finish one side crysytal finish & same edge should be straight. But when we received glass at our office then there was improper finishing & also edge of glass are not straight. Also when we have given order at that we have asked for company of glass. And he replied Saint Gobain. But when we received glass then 2 glass was of Sejal glass. And now he is not giving us response for the same.

Please help us in this matter as soon as possible.
