Naaptol 5800 Music Express
Defective charger, battery

I personally now do feel that naaptol is a fraud company, cheating people selling defective products.

Such firm should be banned and strict action should be taken against it. I ordered 5800 express music phone. I received it on 27 june. On opening packet I found battery was completely defective and the Charger as well. When i use to keep the cell for charging it use to tell me "warning bad contact charger"

and the phone later on went off. I am seriously very irritated with this product now. Almost 5 to 6 complains hv been given by me but no action has been taken yet.
