Non delevery of policy

I have purchesd a policy dated 11.11. receipt no 90596, ID -517535. But they have not send the policy paper.

I have sent the mail in their customer care (awmsameer@gmail.com, info@accresentwayindia.com) dated 6.01.2010.I have not getting any proper solution, i sent the mail again on 9.1. but the no positive feedback from their end till date.

I called them taday at 3.42pm (09954096391) but no answer.

I need your help
